1

ASSESSMENT

A comprehensive evaluation will be

used to understand an individual’s behavior, skills, and needs in order to develop a personalized treatment plan. This assessment typically includes observing and analyzing behavior patterns and evaluating the individual’s strengths and areas for growth, often using tools such as the VB-MAPP, ESDM, ABLLS-R and VINELAND-3.

*This assessment will result in a prescription of hours. Children ages 18m-5 years can receive a range of 5-30 hours per week of treatment, depending on level of severity*

2

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts will develop a personalized, structured framework to address specific behavioral goals and needs of an individual. It outlines the strategies, interventions, and methods that will be used to promote positive behavior change, skill development, and overall progress.

This treatment plan will then be submitted to insurance for approval. Once the plan is approved, service delivery can begin.

3

TREATMENT DELIVERY

Naturalistic ABA therapy will be delivered in the child's setting (daycare, home, school, etc.) and focuses on using everyday interactions and routines to teach functional skills and promote positive behaviors in a play-based, child-centered environment.

The most common EBTs (evidence based treatments) used are incidental teaching, natural environment teaching, behavior shaping and prompt fading.

Owner + Clinical Director

With more than 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, Katie is deeply committed to offering a holistic approach to behavioral services that prioritizes trust, connection, and collaboration with families.

Her career began in inner city public schools, working with young children facing complex challenges, including ODD, ASD, ADHD, and PDA. Witnessing how difficult it was for children in these settings to learn, access and engage with the tools they needed for growth, Katie transitioned to one-on-one therapy in the clinic setting, and then to working in the home setting with children and their caregivers. This journey inspired her to establish a client-focused vision that helps families address behavioral challenges early, using a connected and holistic approach tailored to their unique needs.

Katie's areas of expertise lie within the early intervention field, primary focusing on supporting families and children who are at the beginning of their journey in the neurodivergent space. She holds a master of arts in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut.

As a mother of two young children, Katie is well aware of the challenges of parenting and the importance of providing caregivers with practical strategies to manage behaviors at home. Her holistic approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion and empathy, drawing on her expertise in family-centered care, caregiver coaching, and behavioral skills training.
